Big Freedia, Azz Everywhere & Beignets

Big Freedia took over Outside Lands for a New Orleans-style brunch of beignets and bounce music. It was a sweaty, sticky mess of a good time. 

Even those who didn't know anything about the Queen of Bounce, soon found themselves shaking it—both on and off stage.

The crowd went wild for all the brave souls who dared to dance on stage (including a pair of Minions and a turnip). We even caught some chick twerk-surfing. (Watch the video to find out what the heck that is.) 

Big Freedia definitely brought Mardi Gras debauchery to San Francisco's Outside Lands this year. It was Azz Everywhere ... and beignets.
